FAQ
1. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Paypal. We will accept morney or a personal check made payable to Carol's Gifts & Treasures, but the check would need to clear the bank before any order can be processed, which usually takes about 5 business days. Money Orders and checks can be mailed to Carol's Gifts & Treasures, PO Box 90, Sheldahl, IA 50243.
2 What if I need to return my order?
Prior to returning the item to us, please contact us at support@homedecorgiftstore.com and explain the reason you wish to return. If we are unable to come up with a reasonable solution than you will need to return the item(s) to us and we will issue you a refund, less shipping and handling. There is never a restocking fee. Please include a copy of the packing slip and the reason for the return. You will be responsbile to pay for shipping back to us. Refunds will be issued by the method of the original transaction and take up to 48 hours to be processed. We recommend you return the tiem either by UPS or USPS. We do not assume responsibility for a lost parcel and do not accept COD.

3. What if any of my order is damaged during transit?
We hope this doesn't occur but in the event it does please notifiy us at support@homedecorgiftstore.com within 24 hours of receipt. You should retain all the packaging the item was shipped in. If the package and items inside are obviously damaged, refuse the delivery in its entirety. Upon receipt a replacement will be sent.. Customer assumes responsibility for the return of merchandise unless refused.
4 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt with the exception if paid by check. If you have ordered many items and an item is out of stock, we will contact you to determine if you prefer to ship the out of stock item separately or to wait for the item to come in and ship the entire order together.
5. What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is based on the weight of the items you purchases. You can determine shipping costs by adding all items to your cart then entering in your address at check out. After you do so, a shipping quote should appear. You can do this without placing an order..
